I did not like exercise, but participated because a friend encouraged me to join them. What I noticed happening was the more I worked out all those aches began to fade. I also began to love to exercise, which I never would have imagined!

She is very good at communicating with her clients and making sure you are getting a good workout. I have improved my conditioning so much.

Group exercise is a great way to get fit and have fun.

DevLeaFit teaches genres including strength, cardio, core, cycling, stretching or a combo of any of the formats listed.
